Once upon a time I was a ghostwriter
I’ve written about a dozen novels. Spines and covers must remain hidden because they were ghosted under strictest secrecy. Millions of readers have enjoyed my storytelling – and that’s no exaggeration because average sales were 500,000 copies each.
I’m an experienced speaker, tutor and writing coach. I teach creative writing masterclasses for The Guardian newspaper in London and have spoken at a range of writing and publishing events. I help writers on an individual consultancy basis and a recent client won the Roald Dahl Funny Prize. I have a show on Surrey Hills Radio, So You Want To Be A Writer.
Also for writers

Lisa Cron, literary agent, UCLA writing instructor, author of Wired For Story
‘Buy Stephen King’s On Writing and Roz’s Nail Your Novel books. All else is a waste of time’
Ian Collings, writer, Shropshire

I write books slowly. You probably won’t see a new release from me before a year or two has passed (recent releases here). But I’m producing new work every week in the online world, blogging, broadcasting, teaching and I love a chat on Facebook, Twitter or G+. Here are my regular haunts.
